On Tuesday, November 20th, our parish will once again take part in the KMA (Kenmore Ministerial Assoc.) Community Thanksgiving Dinner held at the Kenmore Community Center on Kenmore Blvd. The dinner is free, family-friendly and open to everyone. For your dining pleasure we have turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, applesauce, cranberry sauce, rolls, dessert, coffee and punch. The meal will be served from 5:30 pm until 7 pm and there will also be face painting and crafts for the children. Take-out meals are also available so if you know someone who is shut-in or someone who works a late shift, you are welcome to pick-up a meal for them.
Huge thanks to Chef David Skelly and his culinary students at Kenmore-Garfield High School who make the mashed potatoes (300 lbs.), stuffing and gravy. This is a great learning opportunity for them and a gigantic help to the KMA as we will serve between 500 – 600 dinners.
Come, eat, enjoy fellowship!!
