Mark your calendars for Tuesday, November 26th as the KMA will once again host a FREE Thanksgiving dinner for the Kenmore community. The meals will be prepared by Guy’s Party Center and will include: turkey, dressing, gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans and a roll. Desserts, coffee, punch, face painting, and crafts will also be provided. Meals will be available from 5-7 pm at Goss Memorial Church and may be acquired 2 ways: sit down in the hall at Goss or drive thru & pick up using 11th St. S.W. next to the Community Center. If you know someone who is shut-in and would appreciate a delicious meal, pick one up and deliver it.
HELP: If you’d like to help, come to Goss Church any time after 3:30 pm on the 26th to cut pies, make coffee, bag boxed meals, welcome people, hand out meals in the drive-thru lanes, man the beverage table, clean-up. You may also make a donation at the rectory to help defray the cost of the meals.
